Welcome to The Terrordome!
I remember reading Chuck D’s autobiography Fight The Power, and finding out that the terrordome in Public Enemy’s rebellion-encouraging song “Welcome to the Terrordome” was supposed to symbolize the energy and environment of the 1990s. I’m not sure if he would agree with me, but I would argue that this terrordome filled with D’evils (Reasonable Doubt reference) and the rebellious ones that fight against them survived Y2K, and is standing strong in 2015. With that being said, there are plenty of thoughts to be shared, through music or otherwise, in this new millennium Terrordome. This is our experience. Remember, Chuck D said “my home is your home…well welcome to the terrordome!” This site is just a report of my perspective.
